ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Orders are acknowledged with our 4 digit confirmation number which should be
used for tracking.

No charge if camera ready emailed or on CD or USB drive for pc compatible (ai, eps, jpeg, pdf).

CANCELLATIONS
Will be invoiced $40 (G) plus labor and materials used to the cancellation date.

CATALOGS
A reasonable number of catalogs are available at no cost.

COLOR CHANGES
$15(G) each.

CO OP PRICING
Requires prior factory approval.Pricing will be based on an estimated, mutually agreed upon, usage level in next 12 months.

COPY CHANGES
$15 (G) each.

EXACT QUANTITIES
We ship exact quantities.

FAXED ORDERS
Please fax purchase orders and email artwork.

FORCE MAJEURE
The factory's failure to perform any term or condition as a result of conditions beyond its control, including damage or destruction  of any network facility or server shall not be deemed a breach of contract.

FREIGHT
Since freight is fob shipping point shipping,obligation passes to the receiver upon shipment.This factory will assist in recovering damages.

PRODUCTION TIME
10-15 working days (see rush)

PROOFS
Paper proof no $30(G).

QUOTATIONS
Valid for 30 days.

RE ORDERS
Please specify previous invoice number, po number and date of original order.

RETURNS
Prior factory approval is required. A returns number must appear on shipping labels. Claims must be made within 15 days of shipment.

SAMPLES
Random samples are available at no charge and are mailed unless a courier number is submitted.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS
$10(G) for each shipment.

TERMS
Where credit has been approved,terms are net 30 days with 2% per month charged on overdue accounts. 50% deposit on new accounts.
